Guaranteed Rent – Platinum Service
This highly popular service requires minimal involvement for busy Landlords and offers the complete peace of mind that their rent is GUARANTEED.
 
How does it work?
One of our experienced team will value your property and offer a Guaranteed Rent for a fixed tem, which is renewable. Regardless of whether your property is vacant or if the residing tenant stops paying the rent you will be paid each and every month of the fixed term.

At what point does the contract start?
We guarantee to start the contract on the day that a tenant moves into the property after you have vacated it. If we are unable to find a tenant within twenty-five days of you vacating the property (excluding 10th December to 1st January) we will start the contract on the twenty sixth day.

Who will be my tenant?
Kilostate become your tenant and we assume all contractual responsibilities including the payment of rent. Should the person residing in your property break the terms of the contract or refuse to vacate the property at the end of their contract all legal costs involved with pursuing them will be met by ourselves.
